Welcome to mr.welbes.net. This a digital nook between my actual class materials on Moodle and Google Sites and pictures of my kids on our personal blog. It is my semi-professional site. Items of interest to my students, colleagues, and self should appear hear with some regularity.

This is also where I store records of the proceedings of my theatre classes, lest we forget. And also, so I don’t have to plan so much next year. But mainly so I don’t keep making the same mistakes over and over.

Plus, back at Rice in ’99, Dr. Heckelman told me to keep a journal of my teaching. Better late than never, right?
